If necessary (for example, in economics, sociology), there can be used formulas, charts and other visual elements, clarifying the essence of chosen idea. The body necessarily explains all symbols, letters, formulas, and their meaning. It shows how the common patterns or formulas become specific pattern or formula needed for supporting the thesis. It usually gives short clear examples from the "real world" and provides vivid short quotations, with a precise indication of the author and source. The first paragraph of the body usually presents a review of the background literature in order to orient the reader to the chosen topic. The second paragraph of the body usually contains evidence and all arguments in favor of the thesis. It is always precise and concise, as it identifies the main points. The last paragraph of the main part may contain the evidence and arguments against the thesis if necessary.
The final paragraph of the essay is the conclusion that summarizes the essay with the thesis. It briefly specifies main points of the essay, drawing logical conclusion. It does not repeat what was already mentioned, but expresses ideas in other words, supporting the thoughts that were really justified in the body. It may have a brief summery of the practical significance of conducted research. Conclusion summarizes up points and restates thesis of the five-paragraph essay.
